All NALYARA orders are shipped with DHL, with tracking.

1. Shipping rates
- France: €3.90
- Germany: €3.90
- Spain: Free
- Rest of the world: €4.90
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Delivery times
Orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days (order processing and delivery included). These times are estimates and may be longer during sales periods, holidays, or because of the carrier.

3. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your DHL tracking number.

4. Customs (outside the European Union)
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may be charged by your country on arrival. These costs are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer.

5. Address and delivery problems
Please check your shipping address carefully: we cannot be held responsible for a parcel sent to an incorrect address given at checkout. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page (nalyara.com/pages/contact) and we will help you with DHL.
